Shabdkruti Foundation

The terms "We", "Us", "Our", and "Foundation" individually and collectively refer to Shabdkruti Foundation, a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Maharashtra.

The terms "Visitor", "User", and "You" refer to users of this website.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website ("Website"). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the Website.

Donations and Contributions

All donations to the Foundation are voluntary contributions and are used exclusively for charitable objectives, including healthcare education, free healthcare facilities, social welfare programs, and research activities as per our Memorandum of Association.

As a Section 8 Company, no profits or donations are distributed to members. Donations may be eligible for tax benefits under applicable laws. Donations are generally non-refundable.

Indemnity

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Foundation, its directors, officers, members, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from or resulting from use of this Website or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that neither the Foundation nor its directors, officers, members, employees, or volunteers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of, inability to use, or performance of Website services; procurement of substitute goods/services; data or message issues; unauthorized access to transmissions/data; or any other matter related to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Foundation shall not be liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

The Foundation is not responsible for statements or conduct of any third party related to the service. In no event shall the Foundation's total liability exceed the amount paid by the User to the Foundation, if any, related to the cause of action.

In no event shall the Foundation, or associated parties, organizations, or entities, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, damage to computer hardware, data loss, or business interruption) resulting from use or inability to use the Website and Website materials, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
