Adv. Yogesh M. Chindaliya is an accomplished entrepreneur, advocate, and philanthropist with over three decades of professional excellence. As the Founder and Managing Director of Shabdkruti Foundation (incorporated October 2020), he leads the organization's mission of social welfare and community development.
Beginning his entrepreneurial journey at age 16 in 1993, he established himself in the aroma industry with a Diploma in Perfumery from AIAMA Bangalore.
For 33 years, he has successfully operated Yogesh Enterprises (HUF), building substantial expertise in aromatic products.
At age 45, Adv. Chindaliya embarked on his legal career, completing B.A. LL.B. in 2021 with third merit from Gondwana University, Gadchiroli. He further obtained his LL.M. in Business Law at age 47. Currently, he practices across five District in Vidarbha Region and the High Court, and serves as Partner at Neeti Associates (2024).
His commitment to social service extends through leadership positions including President of Bal Vidhya Prasarak Mandal, Wani; Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society Sub-District Branch, Wani (2024); and Director of Sweekriti Sociocare Foundation (2024).

Adv. Govinda K. Dhorke is a distinguished legal professional and social worker whose academic excellence and commitment to service mark him as an exemplary advocate. As a Founder Member and Director of Shabdkruti Foundation, he plays a vital role in advancing the organization's social welfare initiatives.
A brilliant scholar, Adv. Dhorke secured first merit in the 2021 B.A.LL.B. batch from Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, earning two Gold Medals from the Governor of Maharashtra, Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyari—one for securing first merit and another for being the highest scorer in Hindu Law. He continued his academic achievements by completing his LL.M. in 2023 as the highest scorer and successfully cleared the State Eligibility Test (SET) in his first attempt.
Currently, Adv. Dhorke practices across five District and Sessions Courts in the Vidarbha Region and the High Court. In 2024, he became a Partner at Neeti Associates, a reputed law firm, where he applies his exceptional legal knowledge to serve his clients.
His dedication to social service is reflected in his active involvement as a Member of Bal Vidhya Prasarak Mandal, Wani, and Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Society Sub-District Branch, Wani (2024).

Mrs. Rashmi Y. Chindaliya is a distinguished woman entrepreneur and altruist dedicated to empowering women and improving community health. As Director and Women Empowerment Lead of Shabdkruti Foundation, she brings over 20 years of transformative experience in women's development and social welfare.
Her remarkable contribution to women empowerment is reflected in her personal achievement of training nearly 9,000 women through specialized workshops. These programs have equipped participants with essential skills and confidence, enabling them to transform their lives and achieve economic independence.
Mrs. Chindaliya serves as Head of the Divine Mother and Child Health Care Program in Wani, a vital initiative run by Chaitanyam Institute for Human Excellence in Healthcare. Through this program, she addresses critical maternal and child health needs, making a significant impact on community wellbeing.
